Job Description
Michigan CAT Service Leader is responsible for managing/leading a group of technicians in the Heavy Equipment Shop, delivering their own work as one of the most technical mechanics, and performing tasks such as diagnosing problems, service/repair work, and training employees.
Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years of Heavy Equipment/Construction Equipment repair experience.
- 3-5 years of Diesel Engine diagnosis and repair experience.
- Highly motivated and able to learn new tasks, processes, and policies.
- Maturity to manage own time and work with minimum supervision, but also capable to help and work in a team-oriented environment.
