Job Description
We are seeking an Urban Farmer to join our team at MicroHabitat. As an Urban Farmer, you will be responsible for implementing urban agriculture projects, managing production areas, and collaborating with our team to expand the company worldwide.
Requirements
- Hold a DEC (college diploma) or equivalent, or a Bachelor's degree in agriculture/urban agriculture/horticulture/environmental science/sustainable development
- Have worked or studied in the fields of agriculture, horticulture, urban agriculture, or sustainable development
- Have theoretical and practical knowledge of agriculture, urban agriculture, or horticulture
- Be bilingual, comfortable both orally and in writing in French and English
- Have strong writing and speaking skills
- Hold a valid driver’s license
- Have two years of experience driving vehicles
- Own an activated and functional smartphone
- Be a Canadian resident and live in Canada
