ENGINEER - FACILITIES CHEMICAL AND GAS

Micron Technology, Inc. is seeking an Engineer - Facilities Chemical and Gas to join their team. The role will involve providing engineering studies, maintaining engineering databases, and specifying critical components for design projects. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or an equivalent field, and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience as a Chemical & Gas Engineer.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience as Chemical & Gas Engineer
• Strong collaboration teammate with good communication and presentation skills to show strong problem solving and analytical skills!
• Relevant high purity chemical and gas experience in operation / maintenance and engineering in semiconductor/electronic/ wafer fab industry
• Familiar and relevant experience on operating and maintaining chemical and gas equipment or system such as Valve manifold box (VMB), Chemical Dispense Machine (CDM), Gas Cabinet (GC) or Bulk Specialty Gas System (BSGS), etc.
• Involved in trouble shooting and problem solving methodology such as 8D problem solving method, 5Why Root cause analysis methods, Failure mode and effect analysis (FMEA) procedures, etc.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office: Excel, Words, PowerPoint
