Job Description

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent work experience
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities; capable of routinely sharing technical resources with colleagues and supervisors
- Ability to cooperate across departments and engage with diverse, multicultural teams to solve problems
- Capable of balancing multiple tasks and meeting goals and deadlines
- Continuous improvement approach for systems and processes
- Highly customer focused, willing to travel or relocate within Taiwan
