Engineer, Global Facilities Standardization

As a Global Facilities Standardization Engineer at Micron, you will lead the implementation of systems and programs that improve performance and reliability for all Facilities operations.

Requirements

• Implement Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) at assigned site(s) by conducting training sessions and workshops
• Track, assess, and communicate the progress of Standardization and TPM adherence for assigned site(s)
• Analyze maintenance data and derive insights to improve operations performance, reliability, and cost
• Standardize Preventative Maintenance Procedures throughout the Facilities network
• Collaborate with Global Facilities Central Engineering to identify, develop, and implement Best Known Methods for operation and maintenance across the Facilities network
• Conduct audits to verify compliance with Best Known Methods
• Lead standardization projects to align operations and maintenance at all sites
• Design, develop and deliver innovative solutions that support a high-performance culture and enhance organization effectiveness
