Requirements

• Implement Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) at assigned site(s)
• Track, assess, and communicate progress of Standardization and TPM adherence
• Analyze maintenance data to improve operations performance and reliability
• Standardize Preventative Maintenance Procedures throughout the Facilities network
• Collaborate with Global Facilities Central Engineering to identify and implement Best Known Methods
• Conduct audits to verify compliance with Best Known Methods
• Lead standardization projects to align operations and maintenance
• Design and deliver innovative solutions to support a high-performance culture
