Requirements

• Respond to ERT and Security alerts
• Address contamination alarms and report abnormal conditions
• Sample areas for contamination and collaborate with the chemical lab
• Ensure real-time monitoring systems are operating and recording properly
• Conduct primary investigations on contamination issues
• Complete special projects and support contamination control engineering initiatives
• Ensure team members practice approved cleanroom protocols
• Serve as a contamination control resource for the Fab, Probe, Facilities, and supporting groups
• Contribute actively to areas of responsibility
• Establish and improve process conditions and technology
• Upgrade process capability and reduce production costs
• Develop and modify process management projects
• Set up process parameters for various semiconductor equipment
• Evaluate, promote, and plan new equipment/materials
• Analyze and improve abnormal conditions in the area of Fab and FOUP environment control
