We are looking for a Facilities Coordinator to drive HVAC construction execution across complex, high-impact projects, partnering with contractors, engineers, and manufacturing teams to ensure safety, quality, and code compliance.

Requirements

• Coordinate and oversee HVAC-related construction activities, ensuring safety, quality, and code compliance
• Partner with contractors, engineers, and internal teams to plan scope, schedules, and project execution
• Monitor progress, manage risks, and drive corrective actions to meet cost and schedule commitments
• Perform site inspections and oversee contractor workmanship to world-class standards
• Manage permits, contracts, and project documentation to ensure accurate records and compliance
