Job Description
Micron Technology is seeking a Facilities Electrical Manager to lead a high-performing team of electrical engineers and technicians. The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of electrical engineering experience and a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in electrical engineering.
Requirements
- Build and mentor a high-performing team of electrical engineers and technicians
- Implement structured training programs and provide technical mentorship to improve team capabilities
- Coordinate the full lifecycle of electrical systems across High Voltage (HV), Medium Voltage (MV), and Low Voltage (LV) networks
