Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Proven experience in facility engineering or management
• Strong understanding of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing
• Excellent project management skills
• Outstanding problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and make informed decisions under pressure
• Basic proficiency in English and Mandarin
