Job Description
The Facilities Operations HVAC Coordinator is responsible for developing and deploying PLC control strategies for facilities systems, establishing alarm priorities, and analyzing system data to resolve issues.
Requirements
- Ensure a safe work environment by completing all required safety training, following safety and environmental policies, and stopping work when unsafe conditions or behaviors are identified.
- Develop, review, and maintain job-specific documentationâincluding JHAs, PTPs, SOWs, SOOs, and related proceduresâto support safe and compliant operations.
- Apply project management methodologies to develop, prioritize, and manage projects, ensuring delivery within defined scope, schedule, and budget.
