The Facility Shift Team is responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive facility management programs to ensure detailed operations.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in facility engineering or management.
• Strong understanding of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Outstanding problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Ability to work independently and make informed decisions under pressure.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin is preferred.
