Job Description
The Global EHS & Sustainability Sr Audit Program Manager will lead and conduct EHS&S audits to ensure compliance with regulatory bodies and external international standards. They will coordinate audit schedules, develop corrective action plans, and analyze audit data for trends and systemic issues. The role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency in data analytics tools, and excellent communication skills.
Requirements
- Relevant auditor's certification: Accredited ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001 lead auditor training by a certified third party.
- Data Analytics and Technology Proficiency: Proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau) to analyze process and audit data and identify improvement opportunities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills: Including proficiency in root cause analysis tools.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and multi-language ability such as Mandarin, Malay, and Japanese is desired.
- Strong ability to communicate in different cultural and professional settings: Demonstrated capability to adapt communication styles to diverse cultural and professional environments, fostering understanding and cooperation.
- Demonstrated ability to work across organizational boundaries and geographies: Comfortable navigating different departments and locations with proven ability to work with cross-functional teams to integrate processes across different departments.
