Global Facilities Program Manager (PMO)

Work closely with functional organizations to drive systems projects/programs from initiation to completion, leading and orchestrating cross-functional program and portfolio execution. Establish PMO governance frameworks and define enterprise performance management practices.

Requirements

• Excellent skills for leading or facilitating multi-organizational teams to success on complex multidimensional projects/programs
• Excellent communication skills to build teams and drive progress to plan
• Strong teammate to effectively collaborate with multi-functional organizations
• Professional, organized, meticulous, strong analytical, problem-solving, and facilitation skills
• 5 or more years of Facilities Semiconductor industry engineering experience
• Project/Program management experiences are preferable
• Skilled in the creation and management of projects/programs (Power BI, Tableau reports, SharePoint Online, etc) and Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Project, Power Automate, PowerApps)
• Working knowledge and drive quality programs such as MOC, FMEA, Calibration, GDMS, Error-Proofing, etc
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent
