Global Facilities Quality Senior Program Manager

As a Global Facilities Quality Senior Program Manager, you will drive Quality systems projects/programs from initiation to completion, collaborating with major functional organizations. Your responsibilities will include creating and leading projects, developing metrics, and implementing new business processes to support continuous manufacturing improvement.

Requirements

• Excellent skills for leading or facilitating multi-organisational teams to success on complex multidimensional projects/programs
• Excellent communication skills to build teams comprised of key skills, to drive progress to plan and to get management support and buy-in for complex projects/programs
• Ability to develop and maintain positive, cooperative, team-oriented relationships with peers, coworkers, management, customers, and auditors
• 2 or more years of Facilities Semiconductor industry engineering experience
• Skills in the creation and management of projects/programs (TABLEAU reports, SharePoint Online (SPMO), etc)
• Working knowledge and drive quality programs such as MOC, FMEA, Calibration, GDMS, Error-Proofing, etc
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent
• Project/Program management experiences are preferable
• ISO or IATF Audit experience, including training and certification, is preferable
• Domestic and International travel as required by business needs
