Global Front End Planning SG Satellite Scenario and Capital Engineer

We are looking for a Global Front End Planning SG Satellite Scenario and Capital Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have exceptional strategic planning skills, sharp analysis, and creativity in using various methodologies to determine optimum loading, capex efficiency, and sweet spot studies. The role demands a deep understanding of capacity planning, business processes, and the ability to identify opportunities for scenario loading and capital optimization.

Requirements

• Min 2-3 years experiences in semiconductor capacity planning (IE) or strategic planning team are preferred.
• Master/Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing engineering, mechanical engineering, chemical engineering.
• Strong ability to perform data analysis and problem solving
• Strong data validation skills and reporting skills
• Ability to map relevant conclusions to support decisions making
• Ability to work closely and effectively with others in a team environment
• Strong verbal communication and presentation skills
• Independence and high determination to complete tasks in a timely manner
• Skillful in Microsoft Office particularly Excel as well as Sharepoint management.
• Knowledge and practical application of statistics, data analysis and problem solving
• Proficiency in developing dashboard and reports using Tableau and Power BI
• Experience in python coding will be a plus point.
