Job Description
Join Micron Technology for a hands-on internship/thesis project to build a prototype enabling high-speed communication between two FPGAs using the JESD204C serial protocol. The ideal candidate will share our passion for developing and experimenting with FPGA-based systems in a highly dynamic environment.
Requirements
- Study the JESD204C protocol and the AMD-provided IP
- Design and implement an FPGA system integrating JESD204C and custom RTL logic
- Develop data generation (TX) and capture/verification (RX) logic with a defined packet format
- Simulate, synthesize, and deploy the design on AMD development boards
- Develop simple firmware and perform on-board testing using lab instrumentation
