Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or a related field
• Minimum 1 year of progressive experience in project/program management, with a strong focus on Frontend operations within the semiconductor or manufacturing industry
• PMP, PgMP, or equivalent project management certification (preferred)
• Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt certification (preferred)
• Track record of successfully implementing AI/digital solutions in an operational environment (preferred)
