Job Description
Micron Technology is seeking a Principal Digital Design Engineer / Chip Lead to own the digital architecture and integration of a full chip, guiding it from early definition through tape-out. The role involves defining chip-level digital architecture, integrating hard macros with soft IP, and owning RTL design for control logic, registers, clocking control, and top-level integration.
Requirements
- 10+ years of digital or ASIC design experience with prior chip or design lead ownership
- Expert proficiency in SystemVerilog RTL and digital design best practices
- Experience with synthesis and timing using industry tools such as DC, Genus, PrimeTime, or Tempus
- Proven ability to lead integration across teams and own outcomes end to end
