As a Principal Engineer/MTS, lead a high-performing team driving reliability test development and execution for Micron's HBM products. Develop and execute strategic plans to meet critical KPIs, including quality, cost, and cycle time. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maximize the effectiveness of the HIG HBM PE organization.
Requirements
- Bachelors/Masters Electrical and Electronics Engineering Degree
- 8+ years of experience in the semiconductor industry
- Product Engineering experience preferred
- Strong leadership and technical skills, especially in problem solving
- Good knowledge of statistics and data analysis tools and scripting
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
