Micron Technology is seeking a Principal, Global Culture & Inclusion Japan to champion the rollout of GCI strategy in Japan, collaborate with HR teams, and drive forward equity practices.
Requirements
- 5+ years in Culture & Inclusion, HR, Talent, or Program Management
- Strong project management and cross-functional teamwork
- Skilled facilitator and communicator, with GCI experience
- Ability to manage key partners
- Ability to turn data into actionable plans
- Knowledge of HR, talent processes, and local employment laws
- Experience in global and multicultural settings
