Principal RDA/Metrology Engineer, APTD

As a Principal RDA and Metrology Engineer, you will be responsible for creating, developing, and optimizing Assembly Stacking, wafer level packaging, defect detection, and metrology methods to develop next generation products.

Requirements

• BS or MS in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in Advanced Packaging Technology metrology or RDA development for semiconductor products
• Strong knowledge of RDA tooling capability, process areas, and experience utilizing AI to improve outputs and timelines
• 5+ years of experience in creating recipes and models for defect analysis, working extensively with the process flow related to area equipment and SPC principles
• Die and/or wafer level packaging development manufacturing experience in metrology or RDA technology is required
• Confirmed ability to communicate and present effectively to a wide variety of audiences, prioritize, stay organized, and work effectively with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively within a team
