Principal Specialist, Physical Security

Requirements

• Serve as the primary point of accountability for all physical security matters at the assigned site.
• Lead and manage site physical security teams, including direct staff and outsourced guard force providers.
• Translate enterprise physical security policies and standards into effective site-level implementation and execution.
• Conduct site physical security risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies aligned with enterprise risk tolerance.
• Ensure compliance with physical security policies, regulatory requirements, audits, and inspections.
• Provide oversight of site security systems, including access control, video surveillance, intrusion detection, and monitoring.
