Micron Technology is seeking a Product Development Engineer to enable new process node startup, qualification, yield, and ramp, and provide direction to development teams using thorough knowledge for process integration.
Requirements
- Analog Device / Circuit Layout
- Advanced design with Digital Logic and State Machine
- Digital Integrated Circuit Design, Analysis, Debug and Validation
- Post-silicon validation test plans for server processors to ensure product functionality and performance
- Diagnosing hardware and IP-related issues through testing and automation scripts to identify manufacturing defects
- Document test procedures
