Product Yield Enhancement (PYE) – HBM/DRAM Electrical Failure Analysis (EFA) Engineer

As a Product Yield Enhancement (PYE) – Electrical Failure Analysis (EFA) Engineer at Micron Technology, you will be part of a global cross-functional team driving yield ramp for HBM/DRAM products and performing in-depth electrical failure analysis to identify root causes of backend failures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Microelectronics Engineering, or an engineering discipline with relevant courses
• Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Good understanding of semiconductor manufacturing, circuit design, layout, and schematics
• Programming or scripting experience (e.g., Python, Perl, C/C++) is an advantage
• Good communication skills with the ability to present technical findings clearly in English
• Ability to work independently, demonstrate ownership, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across global, cross-functional teams
• Strong interest in applying AI, automation, and data analytics to scale yield engineering workflows
