Quality Management System Engineer

Join Micron's quality team as a QMS Engineer to contribute to the manufacturing of Quality Micron World Class latest products through automated, effective and efficient quality systems. Ensure the Quality Management System (QMS) is effective, compliant with key standards, and continuously improving.

Requirements

• Own and improve respective Micron's QMS processes
• Ensure and Improve Compliance (e.g., ISO 9001; IATF 16949 for automotive lines)
• Collaborate with Key Stakeholders to collect required inputs and ensure alignment
• Track and monitor key performance indicators related to the respective QMS processes
• Resolve non-compliance in the Quality System
• Assist in planning and supporting audits
• Drive quality improvement initiatives and projects and participate in cross-functional improvement activities
• Utilize Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) technologies to enhance effectiveness and drive efficiency improvements in the QMS processes
