Job Description
Micron Technology is a world leader in innovating memory and storage solutions. The company is seeking a Semiconductor Process Engineer to start up, develop, and optimize processes to improve product quality and drive process yield improvements, cost reduction, and productivity improvement. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5 years of progressive experience in semiconductor process engineering.
Requirements
- Semiconductor manufacturing process flow related to fabrication area and support equipment
- Fabrication process area knowledge including area processing equipment, chemical vapor and physical vapor deposition systems
- SPC principles, theory, and applications as related to films deposition and films metrics
- DRAM function, Probe and Parametric data
- Data extraction, analysis, and reporting skills, using software including JMP
