The successful candidate will lead supplier performance and relationships, negotiate with suppliers, and support budgeting and cash flow management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Business Administration/Management, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in sourcing or related field in semiconductor industry.
• Proven strength in complex problem-solving, with the ability to navigate ambiguity, manage competing priorities, and drive resolution in challenging situations.
• Experience in external-facing roles, advocating for Micron's interests while maintaining confidentiality and managing supplier expectations.
