The Global Facilities Group is responsible for the planning, development, construction, and operation of elite semiconductor manufacturing infrastructure across Micron's global network. For this role, we are seeking a Senior Engineer for Water Wastewater in Global Facilities Engineering.
Requirements
- Lead the Micron Global, Regional, and Site Design and Construction project teams in developing engineering and design concepts for U.S. Greenfield FAB projects.
- Coordinate planning, execution, and completion of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Collaborate with Global and Regional Facilities, Site Facilities, Construction, Procurement, Operations, Manufacturing, IT, Layout and Planning, and other internal and external collaborators.
- Develop water and wastewater system designs to be incorporated into U.S. Design and Construction Projects.
- Establish and maintain outstanding engineering and construction practices, focusing on innovation, efficiency, and sustainability.
- Review and provide feedback on Micron Global Design and Construction Standards and Construction Specifications.
- Provide support for project cost and schedule estimates.
- Support the development and maintenance of Micron Global system standards, specifications, and best-known methods.
- Analyze system designs for performance improvements, efficiency gains, reduced maintenance, and cost savings.
- Contribute to Global Sustainability Programs, including emissions, energy, water, wastewater, and green infrastructure design.
