Requirements

• Definition of Test Plans for new tests and test algorithms for HBM
• Test programs development for products using Python and C coding on automated test equipment
• Debugging and identifying root causes on test issues
• Statistical data analysis and analytics for program validation
• Supporting internal and external groups on experiments to improve yield or capacity
