Job Description
Join Micron's Global Procurement team and develop a category strategy for managed categories, validating strategies with Global and Regional Category Managers and internal partners and customers. Conduct strategic sourcing initiatives, planning and driving negotiations using supplier and industry analysis, benchmark and cost management.
Requirements
- 7 + years of experience in Semiconductor industry or EPC functions, facilities equipment sales/procurement functions
- Min with a diploma or a bachelorās degree in business or engineering or related degree and/or equivalent working experience
- Proven experience in category management and strategic sourcing
- Strong negotiating and analytical skills
- Strong communication skills and ability to effectively manage relationships with various individuals involved
- Ability to apply baseline digital fluency and roleāappropriate AI literacy to use AIāenabled tools responsibly and effectively
