Sr. Design Engineer

Contribute to the success of the design team by applying functional verification tools and techniques to Micron's non-volatile memory designs. Provide functional verification status to specific designs as needed. Work with Application Engineers to provide models to external customers for use in system validations.

Requirements

• Digital logic fundamentals such as Digital Logic Design and RTL design
• Analog circuits, mixed-mode design and validation
• Design/Verification CAD tools, including ncsim, Design Compiler, Formality, PrimeTime
• Random Sequence generation and UVM TB design
• System Verilog language and system Verilog assertion development
• TCL, PERL,C/C++ or Python
