Requirements

• Act as the Equipment Owner for assigned process tools or modules
• Ensure equipment availability, reliability, and performance to meet manufacturing requirements
• Conduct systematic analysis of equipment alarms, failures, and recurring issues
• Define, optimize, and execute Preventive Maintenance (PM) strategies, including scope and frequency
• Collaborate closely with Process, Manufacturing, and Quality teams to resolve equipment issues
• Lead or participate in technical discussions and escalations with equipment vendors
• Experience with process control charts
• Demonstrated analytical problem-solving and equipment troubleshooting skills
• Good time-management and multi-tasking skills
• A high level of self-motivation, and the proven ability to work effectively with minimal supervision
• The ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic, environment
• Good computer knowledge that can be applied to documentation, analysis, and troubleshooting
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
