Lead the development, standardization, and continuous improvement of FE ME operation/equipment metrics, capacity readiness processes, business processes, and BKMs across all sites. Govern Fab Manufacturing Engineering operational ground rules and ensure consistent alignment of methodologies, metrics, and best practices globally.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proven success applying engineering knowledge to develop scalable solutions deployable across all Micron sites. Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
