Staff/Senior Engineer, PROCT FE Cost Excellence

Micron Technology is seeking a Staff/Senior Engineer to drive Cost and Max Out goals, facilitate program definition and implementation, and deliver tactical support and program management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree/master’s in Engineering or equivalent work experience
• Experience / understanding of Micron FE manufacturing processes and business processes
• Excellent analytical, fact-based decision-making skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to communicate effectively at all levels within the organization
• Knowledge on data analytics and programming is beneficial
• Proven ability to plan and prioritize goals and objectives
• Proven ability to multi-task and lead team to meet challenging deadlines and goals
