Micron Technology is seeking a Workforce Development Associate to provide support to the site regarding training and development programs, systems, compliance, and strategy. The successful candidate will provide training, development, and education solutions, implement solutions, and evaluate effectiveness.

- Provide Instruction, facilitation, or presentations
- Develop, Govern, and Administer Processes and Systems
- Create and maintain Learning Management System (LMS) records
- Administer and manage systems for supporting training, development, and education
- Establish and apply standards for workforce development procedures
- Identify and report on critical metrics (readiness and training completion reports)
- Define and document business processes to provide development solutions
- Troubleshoot training systems and identify solutions
- Provide information regarding existing training materials and documentation
- Collaborate with internal and external subject matter experts
- Collaborate within site to optimize department strategies
- Maintain domain specific knowledge
- Create or support implementation and communication plans
- Develop, coordinate, or provide program training
- Maintain regular communication with site leadership regarding program activities
