Principal Software Engineering Manager

We are looking for a highly motivated Principal Software Engineering Manager leader to join our mission. In this role, you will lead the design, development, and deployment of highly scalable, reliable software systems, shape technical strategies, and build cloud services that operate at high availability and scale, all while mentoring and empowering a diverse, talented engineering team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field
• 6+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python
• 3+ years of experience leading software engineering teams
• Experience with large scale services, architectures and technologies
• Demonstrated engineering leadership and experience in building and managing diverse and inclusive teams
• Proven design and problem-solving skills, with an emphasis on quality and engineering excellence
