Job Description
We are looking for a Senior AI Product Manager to drive Copilot model capabilities, work at the nexus of product and research, and develop a platform strategy for Copilot. The right candidate should have a positive energy, empathy, and kindness, in addition to being highly effective.
Requirements
- Develop and execute on LLM platform strategy for Copilot
- Prototype approaches by steering language models to drive response quality
- Identify and prioritize platform, orchestration and language model issues
- Define and build measurable evaluations with relevant datasets
- Define, deploy and manage experiments in production
- Partner with product teams to scale tool building
- Accountable to own the status of key projects
