Senior Software Engineer

The Insights, Data Engineering & Analytics (IDEAs) team at Microsoft is looking for a Senior Software Engineer to contribute to the development of data solutions that will help E+D and SCI gain strategic insights and deliver an optimal user experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field
• 4+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python
• Strong coding skills in C++, C#, Java
• 2+ years of experience with modern web technologies such as JavaScript, Node.js, and React
• Experience of working on highly scalable services
• Experience working with data engineering technologies such as Spark, Kafka, Kusto, Flink or Azure Data Factory
• Experience working with Kubernetes/AKS
