Software Engineer II

Join the Microsoft Teams Triage Services team to build and scale backend systems that drive feeds and notifications, empowering users to efficiently triage messages, apps, and AI-driven content.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field
• 4+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python
• 4+ years Proficiency in object-oriented programming (C#, Java, Python, or Node.js)
• Solid grasp of algorithms, data structures, and system architecture
• Experience with high-scale services, CI/CD pipelines, databases, and RESTful APIs on cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
• Hands-on expertise in debugging customer issues and managing live site incidents
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a passion for technical excellence and continuous learning
