Job Description
We are seeking a Sr. Test Engineer to develop and execute test plans in accordance with industry standards and customer requirements, and to perform electrical and environmental testing, including burn-in and temperature cycling. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related discipline, and a minimum of 3 years of experience in electronic component testing, ideally in aerospace, defense, or high-reliability industries.
Requirements
- Develop and execute test plans in accordance with industry standards and customer requirements
- Perform electrical and environmental testing, including burn-in and temperature cycling
- Develop LabVIEW applications for automated test execution, data acquisition, and analysis
- Create test setups for FPGA devices, including boundary scan, functional testing, and logic validation
- Analyze test results, troubleshoot anomalies, and compile detailed technical reports
- Collaborate with engineering, quality, and operations teams to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements
- Interface with customers and auditors regarding compliance with industry standards and customer requirements
