Corporate Paralegal

Strategy is seeking a Corporate Paralegal to join its Legal team, supporting corporate and securities matters, including SEC and international securities filings. The role will involve preparing, reviewing, and coordinating SEC filings, maintaining corporate records, and providing litigation support. The Corporate Paralegal will work closely with the VP & Associate General Counsel and other internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and/or paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program, or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of experience as a corporate paralegal, preferably with a public company and/or at a law firm supporting public company clients
• Direct experience supporting SEC filings (e.g., 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, Forms 3 and 4, and related disclosure documents)
• Strong understanding of corporate governance concepts and public company practices
• Experience organizing and maintaining corporate records, board materials, and entity documentation
