Investment Operations Associate

MicroVentures is seeking an Investment Operations Associate to join its Fund Management team, responsible for the full investment life cycle, including fund accounting, reporting, and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational and communication skills, and a willingness to learn a unique business.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or economics
• At least three years of experience, preferably within the financial industry
• Strong organizational and documentation skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Keen eye for details to identify trends, cause and effects
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities at once
• Strategic thinker focused on continuous improvement
• Professional demeanor and strong work ethic
• Proficiency with Office Suite, especially Excel (formulas, macros, pivot tables, etc.)
