Job Description
We are looking for a Sr. Manager, Electrical Engineering to lead and grow the electrical engineering organization supporting MicroVisionâs next-generation automotive LiDAR systems. The ideal candidate is a player-coach with deep experience in automotive electronics, functional safety, and high-reliability sensing or electro-optical systems.
Requirements
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of electrical engineers
- Establish clear technical standards and drive execution
- Own electrical architecture and technical direction
- Drive electrical design across analog, digital, mixed-signal, and power domains
- Establish and enforce robust engineering practices
