Customer Service/Collections

Customer Service Rep/Collections Department, motivated customer service and call center reps wanted, no collections experience required, proper training provided, bilingual Spanish/English preferred.

Requirements

• Communicate with customers via inbound/outbound phone calls daily
• Accept payments, and negotiate with consumers to resolve accounts
• Perform account maintenance and accurately document all customer activity
