Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a technical field with a sales-related focus or comparable education
- Several years of experience in B2B sales or business development
- Relevant experience in a consulting-intensive and/or technology-driven environment (preferably in consulting)
- Proven success in acquiring new customers and building long-term customer relationships
- In-depth understanding of market analysis, strategic business development, and sales-driven growth processes
- Strong communication skills, confident appearance, and negotiation skills to convince decision-makers
- Familiarity with CRM systems and data-driven sales management
- Excellent German and English language skills and MS Office skills (including PowerPoint)
