Job Description
The Estimator is responsible for preparing detailed cost estimates for multi-family housing developments throughout the Southeastern United States, focusing on structural steel stairs, rails, and miscellaneous steel components. The role requires collaboration with project managers, engineers, detailers, architects, vendors, and contractors to ensure accurate and competitive bids.
Requirements
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in construction estimating
- Proficiency in Bluebeam, Tekla EPM, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong understanding of construction management principles, building codes, materials, and cost-control practices
