Job Description
Technologists perform radiological examinations in hospitals under the direction of radiologists. They receive and interpret requests for exams, operate radiographic equipment, record results, and assist with clerical tasks. This role requires knowledge of radiation protection and physical concept of X-rays.
Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited Radiology Program
- Must be board certified ARRT (R)
- Current BLS certification
- Flexible schedule (adjusting to departmental needs)
- Computer literacy
- Good phone skills
