Product Designer

Middesk is looking for a Product Designer to help businesses uphold strong compliance standards and manage risk with confidence. As a Product Designer, you'll design intuitive experiences that empower customers to make informed compliance and risk decisions in highly regulated industries.

Requirements

• Over 6 years of product design experience delivering impactful solutions for B2B products
• A strong portfolio demonstrating the ability to design product experiences that turn complex or abstract customer challenges into simple, intuitive solutions
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with product and engineering teams, driving alignment from discovery through delivery
• A systems thinker who bridges user experience and API-driven systems, with familiarity in developer tooling such as SDK configuration, setup flows, and technical onboarding
• Strong communication skills, able to clearly articulate design decisions and advocate for customers' needs through compelling storytelling
• A proactive approach to advancing work, taking initiative to move projects forward and keep teams aligned through changing priorities
