This position manages everyday operations by providing administrative and technical support to internal and external stakeholders while ensuring compliance with college administrative procedures.
Requirements
- Associates degree required, Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Excellent oral and written communications skills.
- Willingness to collaborate and work independently.
- Ability to remain flexible and open to the unpredictable.
- Values diverse and inclusive educational environments.
- Understanding of computer applications Microsoft Office Suite, Google Drive programs, and Adobe.
- Knowledge of basic web editing software (e.g. Drupal) or willingness to learn.
- Knowledge of using social media in workplace settings or willingness to learn.
- At least 3 years of related experience required
